The Pillars of Holistic Health?

We have established that the SELF encompasses body, mind, heart and soul.

How that self interacts and behaves in the world determines how well we manage our lives and how fulfilled we feel. When taking stock of how well we are doing, there are a few areas to take into consideration and a few things we can do to improve our daily lives.

The 8 Pillars of Holistic Health

1. Physical Wellness: Remember, your body is your temple! Even if it’s a little run down on the outside, show it some love through movement, wholesome nutrition, hydration and plenty of rest. It will help to keep those energy levels high and that inner sparkle shining bright.

2. Emotional Wellness: Embrace those feelings, dear one. Try not to be judgemental and allow your heart to sing its true song, even if it isn’t harmonious in the beginning. Understanding and nurturing your emotions leads to balance and self-acceptance.

3. Social Wellness: Surround yourself with souls who honour you, support your growth and cheer you on. Cultivate those healthy relationships and bask in the warmth of genuine connections that nourish your spirit and bring joy to your days.

4. Spiritual Wellness: Find the path to your inner self and take a stroll to find your purpose. Connect with your values, beliefs, and higher consciousness to discover the mysteries of the universe.

5. Intellectual Wellness: Dust off that curiosity and engage in lifelong learning. Find hobbies that spark your creativity and paint the world with the vibrant hues of your unique perspective.

6. Environmental Wellness: Respect and care for the environment around you because hey, we're all in this cosmic dance together. Spend time in nature with a branch in hand and be the bad ass witch or warlock you always knew you were. The need for humans to electromagnetically discharge is a real thing.

7. Occupational Wellness: Work, work, work, work—but make sure it sparks joy! Find satisfaction and fulfillment in your daily activities. Let your passion take the lead in your professional pursuits.

8. Financial Wellness: Show those finances who's the boss! Manage your money in a way that reduces stress and supports your overall well-being. Plant seeds of abundance that will bloom into a garden of prosperity!

This is a lighter look at the different areas of life and how they determine our health. I hope it might help some be able to identify their strengths and suggest ways to enhance them as well. Ocasionally, I will go through the list and rate them from 1-10 so I know what needs my attention.
